Does Apulian Keeper offer only traditional Apulian cuisine?
Yes, Apulian Keeper offers only traditional Apulian cuisine, because the goal is to hand down and celebrate the dishes of our tradition.
Where can the services be booked?
We generally operate within a radius of about 50 kilometres; with a little notice, however, we can organise services in other parts of Italy or abroad.
Are the cooking classes suitable for beginners?
Yes, the cooking classes are suitable for both beginners and professionals. The experience is adapted to the participants’ level.
Can children and families take part?
Of course, families and children are very welcome. Children under 5 are free and share their parents’ workstation. A reduced rate applies to children aged 6 to 10. Please always let us know about any children when booking, even if they are free, so we can organise the experience at its best.
What does the home cook service include?
The home cook service includes the preparation of traditional Apulian dishes directly at your location, using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. It can include breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and typical dishes prepared in a warm and professional atmosphere. The price covers the kitchen service only; a waiter or sommelier can be requested when booking, at an additional cost.
Can I request a customised menu for intolerances, allergies or dietary needs?
Yes, you can request customised menus for intolerances, allergies or specific dietary needs, by letting us know when booking.
Can I agree in advance on the traditional Apulian dishes I’d like to taste?
Of course, you can agree in advance on some typical dishes you’d like to taste, so as to create a tailor-made experience.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your travel dates are set, to secure availability and make it easier to source the ingredients.
